I dedicate this entry to Anne Rice, my favorite author and Blood Canticle, her latest, and last book of the vampire chronicles.

It is sad that Blood Canticle will be her last vampire book. I have read many of her books. The vampire ones and the non vampire ones. All just too beautiful. When I read the article on her yesterday in TheStar I felt really really sad. There will be no more Lestat to read about, Lestat that loves New Orleans, no more beautiful Lestat, with his long black hair and pale face, dressed in a white satin silk shirt, long black velvet cloak and his fangs. No more Armand the theater vampire who fell in love with beautiful Lestat. No more Louis the most human vampire, and the one that escaped death David, David Talbot of the Talamasca. And Marius. Sad, so sad.
