914th post

914th post. And this will be my last post for Big Head Big Hat.

Many times I have thought of leaving Big Head Big Hat due to many reasons. I'm over exposed and this is starting to annoy me. Everything meant to be kept on the Web seems to be floating around people's mouth, and this cause me a whole lot of trouble one toooo many times.

I guess I was wrong to asume that most of the readers I know personaly in Real Life know that "What you read stays on the Web, and not to bring into Real Life." It's like "What happens in the Club, stays in the Club" kind of thing.

It's a shame I will have to leave this space... So this is goodbye to Big Head Big Hat.

I'm leaving the below for first time readers. You most probeble have come across this blog space by google'ing one of the below. So, here are the links to the blog post you are looking for.

Hi everyone, we're currently producing a new TV reality program. The program is modelled after the Apprentice but instead of firing the participants, the participants will actually get a chance to be hired by different companies.

So...we're desperately looking for fresh grads to apply for the program. Know any of one who may interested? We have gotten very good companies to join the program as prospective employers. Now we just need the participants!!

Criteria for entry:
Fresh graduates, under 25 years old, female & male.
Degree holder.
Have not been employed full time for more than 6 months.
Only the cream of the crop will make it into the program!

For more information on entry eligibility or for queries, please feel free email your CV to sokpeng@red.com.my if you fit the bill and would like to take up the challenges.

consumer Wins!

MUAHAHAHA this is when consumer Wins! ...reminds me of Maxis and Digi.

MAS having their "up to 75% discount" and just a few pages away there's a big red AirAsia advertisement for "99% discount".

Just a month ago I was checking out flight price from MAS and Thai airways to New Delhi. Both airlines we charging about RM1k+- one way excluding tax. I was "I'm totally going to India" when I saw RM509 one way excluding tax. That's for MAS, ...sad that AirAsia don't fly to India....YET.

Hard part for all my trips is actually getting people to tag along.

No one seem to be adventures enough.. at least the girls. Mommy and daddy dearest won’t like it if I backpack alone with a guy....though I know I'll be the MAN and he the woman... HAHAHAHAHHA

Anyway, any lady/ies out there willing to travel with another total female stranger to anywhere? I'm up for;

India. Delhi to Agra to Jahpur.
Vietnam . Hanoi to HaLong Bay to Sapa.
Indonesia. Bali or Yogyakarta.
Thailand and Laos. Chiang Mai, then take a boat (illegal or not illegal) over to Laos!

Mystical Steppers

I just came back from watching Mystical Steppers : Along The Silk Road. Honestly, cultural shock. I didn't know XinJiang province in China is influenced by so many cultures!

The music reminded me of Indian and Chinese tribes music. The costumes were BEAUTIFUL! The dances were Arabic, Turkish, Indian, .... so many. Overall the performance was sad to say below average. I loved the costumes and the culture. But the chorography, dancers and music wasn't impressive.

I did like one of the song of a particular performance that was performed by a vocal teacher with a string musical instrument, looked like a much longer version of the banjo. Was disappointed because there weren't any merchandise at the venue. I would have gotten the guy's CD.

Aladdin Restaurant 's bosses sucks

Aladdin Restaurant's bosses sucks! Don't insult a food blogger mad in your restaurant!

Anyway, to a happier topic. I got come pictures from my company's New Year dinner.

The big bosses and managers dancing to Madonna's material girl.

A really nice picture of the dinner table and table ware.

The EMIT fighters! We had fun performing though we didn't with best performance.

This is everyone including the sick and behind the scene. Good job all! really appreciate your dedication and determination!
