My brother is leaving for Singapore tomorrow. =( ...then leaving Singapore between the 5th and 12th next month to the U.S. I'm gonna really miss him. I won't get to see him until next year when his internship expires. I wonder if he can stand the weather there, it's hot and humid over here, and it's like minus degree in Pennsylvania. But I told him to look at te bright side, at least he'll get a good complexion in cold weather hehehe.

I was late for my dance class again today. I was with my bro shopping for winter clothes when Chnoong smsed me, asking if i was going for class. Thank god he reminded me about it, if not i would have totally missed it. I wasn't the only late comer tho, Kenneth and his gf came 15 minutes later than me. They kind of miss half the class already. Anyways, i found out what that figure of 8 step called in Rumba, it's called 'kokaraja'. Kenneth's dad called it the 'kuku raja'. (if you pronounce it in Cantonese, it's ...hahahaha you get what i mean right? ;P ...for those who don't know Cantonese...it's something X-rate la). Learnt a bit of Mambo today, learnt more of it next week.

Phew...all is not lost. Thank god. I reinstalled a older version of Fireworks, it seems that my newer Fireworks installer is errornous.

I did nothing for the past few days, just enjoying my holidays, except for learning a little of Macromedia Fireworks that is really ARGH'ing me. I think I should stop the 'trial and error' session and hit the tutorials.

Anyways, I got to watch LOTR at last. A real sad story tho, cos I watched it on VDC =( You see, Ying bought the tix for me and the rest. Then I think I heard wrongly when Ying told me the movie was at 9. When Paul asked me about the time, I said 9pm on Christmas eve. So when he took the tix from Ying he didn't check the tixs details and just kept it in his pocket. But then yesterday about 7.30, Kin Kit called me... 'Eh where are you?' I said I was at home. At the end, I found out that the movie started at 7, not 9. Yep...sad huh.But then how did Kin Kit know that the movie started at 7? All of us missed the show, cos it was impossible to get anywhere. The jam on the LDP, Federal, everywhere was massive.

So...I ended up in the pasar malam near my place to eat asam laksa. The usual long queue wasn't there =). Plus the weather was a bit chilly, nice weather to eat laksa. Walk around a bit then my sis saw the LOTR Return of the King on vcd. My parents bought it. We went home, and had our own 9pm show. hehehe.

Yesterday's dance class was nice even tho only 3 (including me) students came. Since there was only 3 of us, my dance teacher said we should do some revision for Cha Cha and Rumba. Hehehe kind of forgot how to ChaCha until yesterday. Then learnt Rumba...something like ChaCha but...slowwww.

Later yesterday night i went out with the gang for drinks at Cristol. I have not felt that relaxed since Jin's 19th birthday. And that was like 2 years ago man. Lots to talk about but...aiyah...no comment la. Go see the pics. I couldn't sleep when i got home. It's kind of funny cos alcohol is suppose to help u sleep.

Woke up at 8.30am today. Yeah man...early. Helped mom with some stuff then went off to KLCC with Ying. Wanted to get the LOTR tixs there, but second thought, nar. Ying might be going to get the tixs tomorrow at MV. Left for PWTC after lunch for the PC Fair. Got some geek stuff and subscribed to a geek mag.

I'm so broke now.

I gonna change the orange soon...maybe. Anyways, i didn't sleep last night. I spent the night 'camping' like Jin would say, at Wan Maw's place. Trying to finish up the HCI project. Sad to say, some parts of the system not really working. If only we had more time. The documentation also like 77 88 only. Don't really know if we gave what the lecturer wants. Rushed for the doc and system until late man. I handed the project in just on time. 4.50pm muaahhaha.

I don't feel sick now tho. I usually puke when i don't get enough sleep. But i seem to have all the energy in the world since yesterday. Kind of cool. Extra hungry today too.....hm...food...dinner time...

OT presentation didn't go too well. Tips for everyone...K.I.S.S Yew! Hahaha i mean Keep It Short and Simple for Yew la. Make sure your presentation is less that 10 mins. Show the diagrams for the modules that you have implemented. You don't have to show the whole system. Make sure your diagrams and codes sync too...but then again...too late...to change already. OT down, HCI to go. *faints*

My bro came back, came back with *slurp slurp* stuff. I'm gonna get his almost new PC (with a LCD monitor and wireless mouse and keyboard muahaha) exhanged for the laptop. 2 speakers, one 1.2 one 1.5. A printer (...i've been planning one for ages..so i guess i don't have to now). Headphones! ...did i miss out anything...oh yeah my cam. Yep i got a new cam now. A pressie from my parents and aunty! Nikon 3700. I don't have the time to mess with it yet..but all i can say now is that the lcd display on the cam really sucks. I miss my S50 sobb sobb.

...hohoha about yesterday...yesterday was great...except the me being a bitch part. I had a really long chat with someone i have not seen in a long time. It was fun.

I did something real bitchy yesterday. I felt guilty after that but...what the heck WOOHOO. Hope he get the hint then HAHAHAHA i'm bad ... real bad.

River Dance was SUPERB!!! Best show I've seen so far! Better than Lady Salsa and The Cats even! The music and lighting were good. The stage setting was good too. They had images projected to a blank screen as the background and the projected pictures blend in and out with one another, changing according to the song and performance.

The musicians were chunted! One of this guy was actually playing a few instrument, the drums, the tambourine, plus a few others that the name I don't know. There were singers too, chun also! The dancers were the best of cos. I don't really like the principle dancers tho. Maybe because one female and one male no 'feel' to the dance. The more the merrier. There was this part where they had 3 couples dancing. Keng mannnn. One of the girls did so many spins...and her head turn was so sharp! She's really good. There was also this part where that have the river dancers and normal tap dancers dancing againts each other, you know like the a Vs B thing. That part was funny. Overall very good performance. If I could turn back time, I would have bought VIP tixs!

I kind of missed the first 15 minutes of the performance ... =( Got lost taking the Star LRT. I didn't know we have to swap trains and stuff. I meet this friendly married couple while getting lost hehehe. They were heading for the River Dance show too.

Fuck. Some people can be bloody annoying. Why can't he just take the hint and fuck the hell off.

Today is the 12th of December 2003, that means i'm officially 20 today. Yeah, some say it's the beginning of auntie-hood for me, but some say not. ;p Thank yous all for your birthday wishes! Thank you Kun and YWen for the surprise and the 'geek' choco cheese cake!!! (Pics at ywen's)

Yesterday: OT test was headache. Stayed back in college until 7.30pm. Saw a bunch of people dancing para para when i left! Damn nice! Went to eat Ba Kut Teh with Jin, Dave and Yoong Ching. Yum yum.

Today: No classes, but i still went to college. Finish some work. 5.30pm at the foyer, the same gang of people was dancing para para again. I sat and watch. 6pm, the free latin class started. I joined in of cos ;P We danced the ...hm..forgot what its called..but the song is kind of like those bull tournament music...you know, with the clarinet and all. A lot of stomping action when dancing. Left before the class end cos i've got to follow Jin and Dave. Me so tired now. Argh...another long day tomorrow!

Dance class yesterday was fun! Wei Chnoong kind of became the teacher's pet hehehe. Every time she wants to show or demo a step, chnoong's always her partner. Chnoong showed me a few advanced salsa steps too...sweettttt. Just like those in the movies. I like i like! Gonna ask him to teach me some other steps so we can salsa together. I can't wait till the next class!

I went to dance today! Weeee! My first class in 2 and a half years! The people there are nice. 2 adult couple and 2 young couple including me and my partner. Kenneth and his girlfriend was actually the other young couple, and his parents were one of the older couple. Class was ok, learnt Jupiter Jive today. But according to Wei Chnoong, my partner, he said he learnt 2 types of Jive before and both of it wasn't anything like what we learnt today. Weird. Hais...dunno ler...i don't have a liking for Jive yet. I still like Disco Rock! ...got free class tomorrow...muahahaha.
