Where is the sky?

I wish I had a sky painted in my room. I remember once on Discovery channel, there's this hotel in Vegas, ..wait or is it Dubai... I forgot... Anyways, there's once section of the building with sky. The 'sky' syncs with the time. Morning sky, afternoon bright sky, evening sky, at night. In order to control the sky, the management actually have 24 hours 'change the light bulb' crew. Imagine how many light bulbs they use every month!
