My whole body is aching!

I just came back from my first serious break dance class. Those who went are Amy, Audrey, Seng Hau, Ai Lynn, and last but not least, me.

We took like 40 to 45 minutes just for warm up. Phewwww. Very good warm up. The warm up session focused a lot on strengthening the abs, legs, arms and back. Joel, our instructure was quite strict, so cannot 'tau kai' (steal chicken hehe). There was a point my body couldn’t stand the warm up already. My arms and legs were shivering, and my body lost its energy. *sign* I'm in a bad shape. I really need to work really hard to get back in shape man.

After the warm up we all did a basic frog balancing. Kind of have to sit up like a frog, except not on the butt but your whole body weight on your two palms. Really strains the wrist.

My whole body is going to hurt like mad tomorrow. But like that say, no pain, no gain. Got to do the various sets of warm up tomorrow too. Must improve.
