*argh* I'm fed up with my sister! Is it too much to ask?! Mopping the house for once won't kill! I'm sick of doing all the housework myself.
Without my mom, my housework responsibilities increase even more. On normal days, I will only have to worry about the clothes being folded, and my own room and toilet. Occasionally I'll help my mom out with the floor and my dad with hanging out the clothes. My sister is cooks the rice. Rice only...not the meal)
But now, keeping and cleaning the floor is unofficially my responsibility. I have to clean all the toilets. My sister? Cook the rice. Cook the rice...and only cook the rice. Is it too much to ask if she mopped the house for once? I'm not pushing my entire responsibility to her. I have to attend classes, do assignments, work, and now with the few extra responsibility...I'm just tired.
But every time I tell her to do something, I end up always doing it instead. We share our toilet. But who does the cleaning? Me. She does help out...only once in a very very very blue moon and usually I have to bug her a 100 times before she does it. And I tell you, she really "CLEANS" the toilet. Sarcasm intended. She even dares to tell people that "If we ever move, I want to share toilets with my sis, cos I know I won't have to clean it".
I'm really sick of being nice. I'm not cleaning the floor today. She's going to do it. ...and FYI, my sister is already 16. Form 4. She's a big girl. She has to start taking responsibilities too. Don't tell me she's still young for housework cos I started house chores when I was in Standard 6. (I'm grateful I had a family maid before that) My sister better not test my patients.
..ok...to less annoying subject. Sean, Jun Kun, Alicia and her sister Arene were my guinea pigs ..er i mean 'tester' hehe for my the minestrone I cooked. Sean gave good comments, but I don't think the other three linked it at all. =( Jun Kun said it was too salty and taste like tomato puree. Alicia said it was too watery and the garlic bread was nice. (Means the minestrone not so good la if you can interpret it) Arene...I don't think she likes it too much too cos she was quiet the whole time.
I want to try a second attempt. Planning to call ask someone who have actually tried minestrone before to test it out. I have only tried minestrone in two placed before. My first try was in Italy, cooked by an Italian chef of course. Superb. Second and consecutive tried was all at that Italian restaurant in SS2, along side with Murni Mamak. I think my minestrone don't taste that bad compared to both. Then again I don't know la...obviously food I cook myself taste good...HAHAHAHA.
