I was down at Low Yat yesterday hoping to get my pay cheque for my computer fair job but my boss wasn't in. Hais... Hung around until Jun Kun got his PC ready then we went for dinner at a Japanese Restaurant selling Japanese Pancakes.
There used to be a branch in Atria Shopping Center in Damansara Utama but it closed down a few years back. I didn't get a chance to try it so I took the opportunity to try it when I got to know that the Japanese in Low Yat was actually the same restaurant in Atria. The pancake was delicious. It's actually layers of egg, udon/soba, fillings of your choice (seafood, pork and etc) and finished with a layer of topping (cheese or mayo). No pictures of it because I didn't have my cam with me.
Later in the evening me and BC met up with Zhong and two of his friends in Decanter too!! at Sri Hartamas. Quite a cosy place to chill out. Nice environment with a really really superb live one-man-show bang cum singer. The price of the food and beverages there are relatively cheap too. RM22 for a jug of booze and RM12 for cocktails. Too bad they only have limited choices in cocktails.
Anyways here’s what I got from Singapore.
Sleveless tank top from MNG and a greenish blue tube top from ..erm don’t know what shop already. I forgot the price for the MNG top bit the tube top is think it’s about RM13
Delicate cotton baby doll dress. I look like a innocent girl when I’m wearing the dress *grin* The shop keeper actually asked me to sign a handover paper, briefing my on how to wash and maintain my dress. Hand wash with body soap, not clothes detergent. No soaking. The dress is real delicate. Price about RM90
Aie this shoe. Very ‘kek sam’. There’s actually 3 colors for this shoe, brown, purple and pink. I wanted the pink one because it was unique and outstanding and it was different from the ‘standard’ shoes in Malaysia. But sadly there didn’t have my size in that color in that outlet. However, my size was available in another outlet just about 15 minutes walk away in another shopping center along Orchard Road. We were all running out of time so I ended up in the same shop wanting to get the shoe in purple. But AGAIN no available size for me =( *sobb sobb* Even if I ran in the speed of light, I wouldn’t have time to buy the pink/purple shoe at the other outlet. …So I ended up getting the brown shoe. Price? RM90. *sign* It’s just too bad. I should have gotten the Adidas!
This, I like. Something I actually won’t buy (because not really my style) but I got it anyways because … I don’t know, I think I’m now starting to venture into various styles other that the plain Jane look. Very comfortable shoes. I forgot the price but I think I paid 29 Sg dollars for it. About 66 in RM.
