I pissed off one of my counter part in Dallas. But it ain't my fault.

Anyway, here's something I have learnt at the office. The Malaysian Style Vs the Pro Ang Mo style

M: Ooi! Where's the reference number? You suppose to give me that two days ago.
A: Hello XXX, Appreciate if you could provide me the reference number for this matter.

M: Eh you sure or not? How come the reference says one thing you do another thing one?
A: There were limited information in the reference, could you clarify the below matter?

M: Need your help ASAP. Very urgent matter ah.
A: Could you please assist with this urgent matter? Your help is much appreciated.

M: Ooi so busy meh? How come you never reply my email? Report you then you know.
A: Appreciate if you could assist with the below matter the soonest. If no response is received, this matter will be classified as pending and will be reported to management.

By the way, I'm sick of waiting for everyone to be free and start a dance class... so I'm going for my first Hip Hop lesson tomorrow. Muahahahaha.
