You know, for non tech savvy people or company, I really don't this is a bad idea. It's kind of true these days that a simple website contain some basic information on the company's product\services and contact information is essential for business. As we move on to the more techie world, web presence is important to enhance growth.
Simple start up for web presence with a small price, Assuming the RM360.00 is for a one year hosting. There's templates and all, not too bad. But I don't like the fact that "Our banner advertisement will appear on your Welcome page". I think this is stupid. Companies have to pay for web space and have advertisements on their website?

Yes the truth is your are paying them to screw you up the ***. I got this spam from a "get-rich-quick" scheme through the fax recently. Hehe ...
