Dan Brown + Umberto Eco = The Rule of Four?

Works sucks. A lot of controversial issues going on…at least that’s what I see is going on. I don’t like what is going on right now. It gives me this “Oh damn it, I screwed up? Is this about me? Is this about my reviews?” kind of feeling. What are they trying to do? I really don’t know but that’s not how a superior should act in front of his/her subordinates in a meeting.

Life at home is not that nice too. Mom has been annoying the shits out of me lately. I’m soon going to take over her job. Sometimes when I want to do my own thing, she takes over my PC. She wakes me up at 3.30 in the wee hours in the morning to ask questions!!! She keeps bring home her work and asking me to help out. I mean I don’t mind helping out once in a while but for god sakes I work the whole day and I don’t want to face another pile of work when I get home…especially when it’s not mine. I already have other house work. I want my alone time! I need people to shut up and leave me alone god damn it. ARGHHHHHH.

Have finished reading Angles and Demon by Dan Brown. I still prefer Da Vinci Code though the whole world is telling me that I should like Angles and Demon more. Well world, I don’t. So stop telling me what book I prefer. Yeesh. I’m starting Digital Fortress soon, I hope it’s my taste.

There’s a few other books that I really want to read. Nobody's Perfect by Hirotada Ototake is one of them. I stumbled across the book, read a few pages, but by the time I put the book down, I realised I read more than 50 pages from that book. Very interesting life story that I think we all can learn from. Rm60++, that spells BROKE for me. Trying to get my hands on Umberto Eco’s The Name of the Rose too. My workmate Az (whom I think should have quite the same taste as me) told me that that book was one of his favourites. And if I do enjoy that book, I guess next after that will be The Rule of Four by Ian Caldwell and Dustin Thomason. Reviews says it’s like a mixture of Dan Brown and Umberto Eco’s books.

Books books books….. going to drown myself in books for the weekends.

Sigh, these kinda stuff always happen in the office. But remember, don't give in to hate. That will lead you to the dark side...
