Today wasn't too bad. I went out for brunch with Zhong then later went to MV to meet up with Gordon for a movie. We watched Along came Polly. The movie was so so. A few funny scenes... but that's it. Quite a short movie.

I got to play Para Para in MV!!! Weeee! I sucked at it already. Darn. I could score A rankings last time...but now I keep getting C's! I only got B ranks twice. =( Have to practice more already!!! Zhong recorded me while I was dancing the Para Para. I think me is tak ada gaya when playing the game. I looked stoned. No style no technique. Sad man. I'm becoming a lousy dancer.

Anyways, hung around MV until 3. I was suppose to pick my sis at 3.30, but there was traffic on the way back from MV. So Zhong picked my sis up on the way back. The funny thing about this is...LOL...one of my sis's friends needed a ride so she came along. She called Zhong UNCLE! HAHAHAHAHAHA! She thought that Zhong was my dad. HAHAHAHA!!!! I'm actually one year older than Zhong...Zhong papa? LOL.

I drove to college after that. Needed to get documents printed. It's so nice to hog the printer MUAHAHAHA. Nar...I'm not that type of person la hehehe. Wanted to leave after I got my stuff done ... but it was raining cats and dogs outside. I didn't have an umbrella with me so kind of stuck in college until 6. Driving to college and back today was somehow kind of different. Maybe there's just too much stuff on my mind. I wished my home was far far away and I could keep driving on and on and on ...and on.

Things are not fun at home. =( Things are not so fun with life too.

I feel so used. I know I'm being used. But why do I let people use me? Yesterday...today...maybe tomorrow. Ish. I hate this but I can't help myself. I'm finding myself stuck in between people's problems too. What is happening man??!? Why must it be me?

I hope tomorrow is fun. I need to be happy.

Happy birthday MOMMY!

I can't sleep.

I've been thinking about the game. Sometimes one is not meant to play the game. You have to be a gamer, a pro gamer to play such games. And me, I can never be one of them even if I tried because I'm not that type of person in the first place. So, there's two choices I can make, be the victim of the game, or quit the game completely. I've been getting negative reviews about the characters of the game. But optimistic reviews on the gaming environment. I'm confused. There's a lot of if's in my mind now. What if this, what if that? Blue pill or red pill? Frodo or Smigle? What I need now is something from the player itself. Is the player leveling up? Or is it just mere game play?

How should I play this RPG?

Ahhh i'm back from Cheng Ming. This year's Cheng Ming is a blast! Why? Cos I didn't do my routine Cheng Ming stuff. I help my family with other graves as well as my grand dad's grave.

I visited and prayed at 8 different graves this year! I think I'm going to make it my routine starting now. I help carry all the prayer stuff up to my grandad's grave first, then back down and up and down and up to transport more stuff *phewww*. Then my dad called my cous handphone, asking for me. He wanted me to go over to my great grand parents grave to snap some pictures. So off I went. I've only been there once, so my cous took me there.

I went down the hill, went to my great grand uncle's and aunty's grave, then up the other hill to my great grand parents grave. Then over the hill to my great great grand uncles grave. Then at the other side of the hill was my eldest uncle's and his neighbour's grave. I havent seen my eldest uncle before cos he passed away when he was 16. My dad and uncle told he he was in an bicycle accident. We prayed for his neighbour too cos back when my eldest uncle was alive, they were very close, plus non of his family is around anymore. Then went back down the hill and up the other hill where my grand dad is resting in peace. *phewwww*

During the whole Cheng Ming thing going on, I learnt a lot of stuff about my family (TOH) background. The pictures I took is actually for tracing other family members that are now currently in Vietnam.

Wahahah today damn fun! But I didn't get to play Para Para!!! =( *cries sobb sobb* Sim told me that the PPP (Para Par Paradise) machine in Sungai Wang was shifted to Time Square. =( =( ....

Anyways, me and Jin reached Sungai Wang about 12 noon. The first thing we did was shop for my 'perfect jeans' hehehe. Went to plenty of shops to look for my jeans. Tried over 10 pairs of jeans, which 3 pairs I returned to the same shop (after walking out) to try again. LOL! But I think the walking and fitting paid off because I found a pair of jeans that I (am going to) like (a lot). It's a low rise, the jeans material is mixed with a bit of lycra, faded/stone washed color. (But Jin and I agreed that a dark navy blue jeans suites me more, too bad don't have that color) I also bought a ruffled side 3/4 jeans which I really like. Jin's brother calls the design J.Lo pants hehehe.

I also saw this cute little brown pouch! I bought it. Hahaha. After that me and Jin went to eat...it was like 3.30pm already man that time. This Zhong la. He said he would meet us at 2pm, but Gordan's PC wasn't fixed yet. At the end me and Jin ate first. Zhong, Gordan and Eda came in only after we ate. 'Ta chui foo' a bit then me and Jin left. Back to shopping muahaha.

Zhong and Gordan went to a music shop after their lunch, so we meet up with them there. Zhong actually looks good playing the guitar *ahem don't perasan please Zhong* He and Gordan were testing out guitars so me and Jin decided to do our own thing, shopping (muahahha again). We went into this not bad shop. Not really Sungai Wang style, a mixture of MNG and HipHop shop thingy (at least to me...*psstt the shop keeper was kind of cute hehehe*). I saw another ruffled side pants!!! Nicer that the jeans that I bought. All ends well cos Jin bought it for me for my bday pressie!!! WEEEE!!! Since I'm helping some people pick out pressies for Jin for her birthday... I helped them buy the pants for Jin too! So we are both having the same pants but in diff color. Hehehe. I know a bit not syok for Jin already cos no more suprise. But clothes stuff, you know la...women and clothes...hahaha.

We then meet up with Zhong and Gordan again. Went to wack the machines a bit. Gordan is good at Datona man. After that balik. Gordan dropped us at the Bangsar LRT station. From there me, Jin and Zhong took the LRT *psst got ahem ahem in the lrt too hohoho*. About 7.30pm already when I reached home. Super tired. But super happy! Weee!

I'm ending this entry this self made avatars made my be using this.

The geek me

The vampire me

This would be my bad a$$ boyfriend...HAHAHA (note: if i had a bad a$$ bf la ;P)

Going to Sungai Wang to hunt for my perfect jeans tomorrow with Jin. MUAHAHAHA. Para Para here I come!

Wednesday, March 24, 2004

Weeee! My orange is back! THANK YOU SEAN! I owe you a big one.

Sean let me share his megspace account to remote load my pics! Yippie! *jumps up and down like a small kiddy* So people, expect more pictures here starting from today MUAHAHA.

Anyways today's lab session was a waste of time. Not because it was useless, it was a waste of time because I wasted it hehehe. All of us were required to built an email client that could login and retrive, read as well as delete the mails. I took downloaded a sample that Karl gave us. I tried to shift the auto logout to a manual logout. But when I ran the program, it ended up clogging up all my procession resources and forced my PC to hang. Hais. I think I'll try to fix things during tomorrow's session.

Didn't eat a proper lunch today cos I was too tired. When I came back from the lab session, I 'tat' on my bed only. Zhong called to see if I was free for lunch. Hehehe sorry ah dude. Bo liat already. Anyways, I did a little research on Melbourne Shuffling. Have been around for like 6 years already. I hear about shuffling about 3 years back, but only got to know how shuffling looks like last week. Pai sheh. I downloaded this video on it from Kazaa. Freaking chun. One of the dancers looked like he was doing the river dance! Gonna have a closer look and the technique of shuffling soon. Ywen...muahahah wanna 'yim kau' with me?

Yesterday's line dance class really sucked man. Naik kereta already. The line dancing was actually ok. But I really hated the atmosphere. I don't care if everyone was aunties dancing, but what I couldn't stand was all of them were so 8. All the aunty talk here and there, gossipping. Yeeashh. I stayed only up will 9.15. I left the class cos I really couldn't stand all the aunty aunty, I felt a bit disgusted. Dancing is me but the scene is not me.

Anyways, I just came back from PFI lab session. We were suppose to code a POP3 server (email client). Damn sien man. I wanna slack off. I'm feeling so tired now some more. I going to sleep.. ZZzz

Tuesday, March 23, 2004

I recieved 3 bounced mail in my mailbox today. One stated on the title "Symantec AVF detected a repairable/quarantined virus in a message you sent". An attachement called "your_document.pif" have been sent to various email addresses (and one happens to be an apiit domain) with my email address as the sender. Damn.

I think I walked around college too much today. There's a huge blister on the side of my right foot big toe. The funny thing is that I didn't realised the blister until I came back. Weird rite. Maybe I still have the ballet foot hehehe. You see, back when I was still dancing ballet, I have to wear ballet shoes (called point shoes). The front of the shoe is actually hard leather (but feels more like soft wood) so I can stand on my toes. I usually get blisters after every class (until one day the skin harden and turned yellowish...you know what I mean rite). Get until no feel liua. If you don't get what I mean then go watch Center Stage! Hehehe. Hm..eh Sean, Center Stage got DVD ah? If you going gamewizard help me check it out yah. Thanks.

Hais...tired. But I still wanna go for line dancing. Hohoho. Class startes at eight. I better be off.

Monday, March 22, 2004

Regenerate has really regenerated my passion for dancing. I took out my Para Para songs and videos and started practicing again. I got really rusty at Para Para already :( Have to practice more. Must also find a PPP (Para Para Paradise) machine soon too. Long time never dance on the machine already. Hais hais. Oh yah...I think I'm going to take up line dancing already. Muahahaha.

Yes yes, I really love dancing. I loved dancing when I was 5, and I still love it now.

Before I become a temporary jakun I wanna wish TAKUMI-san HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY!

Ok, now let me be a jakun. I went to my 1st rave party yesterday. And I had a bloody good time! *woot woot!!* I've never danced until my feet hurt before..ever! And I never enjoyed dancing (club dancing) this much before, can't beat my 1st experience at a mini private rave in Italy also man.

I went with YWen, Jk and a few of his friends, Macy, Sarah and 3 other guys whos name I forgot. But was most of the time with YWen only. The scary thing about the rave was that Sarah puked, and I saw this other chiq fainting. Don't these people know that they shouldn't drink on an empty stomach? Plus the heat was almost unbearable. You just have to stand and do nothing to sweat. (There were a lot of guys who took off their shirt because of the heat, but sadly non had the bod ;P) Jk, Sarah and Macy left the rave early because of Sarah's condition. So it's me, YWen and the dance floor muahaha. Saw plenty of good looking gui los hehehe. A lot of botaks there also but all also no botak gaya one. Saw a lot of my secondary school friends there too. All the kaki clubber and ravers. Then ter'bang into Deric on the dance floor also.

The music was ok. Fergie was the best. I didn't like Timo Mass. Then again I still was dancing when the music wasn't that nice. Every now and then they blasted fireworks. Nice. Then there was the beach ball. And at the side of the dance floor, there was this cooler thingy. Syok man. If you are standing at the perfect stop, the cooler will blow right at you. Cools you down for like..2 second? hehehe. The this blows once in a while only. (I think they have it at other places also...but my 1st rave ma..jakun ma hehe) And then at some point there was this fire performance thingy happening at the side of the Dj'ing console.

The crowd was good. Jam packed man. Dancing can be quite difficult at times cos there was no space. My white shoe kena pijak like noones business. A lot of scars on my shoes now :( I pity YWen, she was wearing sandals. Saw this guy who was good at liquid popping, damn syok man. Then a lot of people was doing the Melbourne Shuffle down at the curb area. I've never seen people shuffling in real life before (Jakun alert!), but yesterday Boon Cheng was doing it right in front of me. Syok.

We had a bit of a problem at the car park when we were about to leave. We parked at Wisma Weld but when we wanted to leave the entrance and exits were closed! Susah man. (But for a second I thought, "hm shall we just head back up to continue raving?" LOL) Thank god the 3 guys (jk's friends) were with us. The guys got the security guard to unlock the doors and stuff for us. Then they lead us to the federal hiway too. One bunch of sweet fellars. When I reached home I couldn't feel my legs already. Its a good thing. *grin*

No pics yet cos the pics are with JK. I didn't bring my cam so not much pics.

Summary
Botaks spotted :: >10
Cute guai los :: >3
Ferrari F1 racing car :: 1
Fun rating :: 12 out of 10!
What I learnt from the rave ::
1. Wear shoes, heels and opentoes will kill.
2. Eat some energy bar before you dance your heart out. (hehe jakun suggestion, but hey, not bad of an idea you know, better than popping pill ya know)
3. Wear a strapped bra or don't wear one at all. Chiqs were adjusting their bras all over the dance floor..ekkk
4. Dancing with cute guai los who have really nice butts is hahaha enuff said

Now have to start geeking already. I need to work! Someone better stop me from going to Zouk for Tiesto

My stomach feels funny. I couldn't sleep last night cos I was in and out of the toilet. =(

Anyways, I visited some blogs I read and stumbled across this link. I think it's quite true. It highlighted 3 negative part of me.

1. Chian finds it difficult to accept other people as they really are, and is constantly disillusioned with life. Once she accepts that others are only human, the frustrations will cease. <-- hm..really? I have not realised this before. Hehehe or maybe I'm just too self centered to realise it. Note taken.

2. Chian is a cynic who worries too much about the downside. She needs to recognise more of life's advantages. <-- aie..note taken.

3. Chian lacks the will to succeed. Somewhat indecisive, she will miss opportunities and avoid risk. Chian needs to recognise that life's chances must be grasped with both hands when the opportunity arises. <-- I think this sentence is telling me to be a risk taker. I'm just too much of a coward when it comes to taking risk. The consequences just scare the dog poo out of me.

There are some stuff they said that I find quite amusing too.
"She would be suited to a vocation in the priesthood" <-- HAHAHAHA. Become Priestess Miaka in Fushigi Yugi?
"Chian enjoys a positive and balanced approach to life and will be financially successful. " <-- How I wish this is true.
"Chian is likely to use her head at the expense of her heart, which can lead her to become something of a workaholic." <-- Sad but true.

Yesterday was one of those day were I was simply talking out of my mouth. Sorry Sean hehehe. I let you tembak me next time la hehehe.

Anyways the 3 hours of DBMS lecture was..arghh suffering. Wasn't really a lecture going on but a 'workshop'. Learnt quite a number of stuff about SQL. I didn't know that we can actually create a temp table to manipulate a SELECT statement to get what we want. Anyways my group practically was out of the class half of the time. The auditorium was so cold, no lecture, noone could focus. So only thing to do was get out of class.

Me, Jin and Dave went to McD's for dinner then went down to Zouk for this Renault F1 Pit party thing. It was kind of boring. Zouk was ok tho. The club consist of 3 halls. The loaf and terrace bar (kind of like RnB chill out place), the velvet underground (should be spinning house music) and the main hall the zouk club (thats where we were). The interior of the zouk club wasn't really finish (I think). Kind of like rocky Flintstone feel. The layout reminds me of Atmosphere except in Zouk there's 2 levels (and Zouk had a larger dance floor). I really like the terrace area on the second floor. Nice place just to sit. We didn't get to see the other 2 halls cos it was closed. But we could see the terrace bar from the outside. Pics over here.

The sexy hot dancers that performed was ok. (But not to Jin and Dave hehehe) Reminds me of my ballet dancing days. Then there was lucky draws and a mini fashion show thingy too. Don't know what happen next cos we left. *quiet sien* Saw Alvin with his gf and Melvin too. Went to Murni after that to yam char. Meet up with Zhong, Sean and Yoong Ching. The conversations were...LOL..Zhong..keep it to yourself!

It's just so ironic. Over and over again. Just when I thought that .... I have already seen it coming. I should have know better. Why did I let myself into this in the first place? God damn it..why must I be so naive!

I'm going to start playing the game. I choose not to be the victim. I choose to play. I'm choosing my own ending. Now...let's have some fun.

You are Apple Dos. Simple and primitive with a good understanding of the common man. You're still a work in progress, but a good start.

Classes today were unproductive.

..ahh no mood laaa

Monday, March 15, 2004

Yeeashh Streamyx is really lagging for the past few days. Today's connection is bad. Very bad. Anyways, college was ok today. Me and the gang sat at the back today. Back seats = harder to focus = chat = slack = blur; Have to make sure we get better seats tomorrow.

I went to SS2 pasar malam with Zhong just now. It was rainnng a little when we got there so we decided to Kayu mamak in Chow Yang first to yam char. I ordered the roti tissue there. YUMMY! I remember the first time I went there I was impressed with the height of the bread. About 50cm I think...maybe taller. When the rain stopped we went back to SS2 and guess who/what was there? hehehe 2 ceramahs were going on.

Introducing, on the left, DAP! and on the right, UMNO! LOL! Me and Zhong were ceramah hopping. Listen to DAP a bit, then listen to UMNO, then went to walk around the pasar malam. Then back to DAP. When the speech became less interesting, we went to UMNO. All I have to say is...all cow dung la. Yeeashh.

Zhong...so sweet!

Are you old enough to vote?

I was at the Taman Megah pasar malam just now and I stumble across a ceramah at a near by coffee shop. It was held by DAP. The speakers talked about quite a number of issues. A lot of what the speakers said really made sense. I'm not going to blog about the stuff they said cos ...ah..u know la.. But if you are interested drop me a mail, we can have a discussion. Voting day is on the 21th this month, means next Sunday. There's still 6 days till then. Anyone interested in going for ceramahs with me? I know, I'm not old enough to vote, but I think is good to listen to what the opposition has to say. Although all ceramahs' are bias, there are many issues that are so true about ruling parties. The news don't exactly cover those issues too. I'm not saying that blabla party is not good and blabla party is good. But what ever that is published on newpaper and magazines are all monitored/filtered by the government.

Politics is like a complicated drama.

Aishehh. My foc account to host all my images have been terminated. Remote loading...hais hais...anyone knows any foc accounts which allows remote loading?

Saturday, March 13, 2004

*woot woot* I had a great day today! I went to Tesco in BU yesterday to buy ingredients to cook spaghetti . Then made spaghetti today. I think I have to start cooking more. My spaghetti don't taste as good as I used to make. It's like something is missing. But I can't figure what. I don't think I left any ingredients out.

Did a little programming today too. *stress man* OO (Object Oriented) in PHP really sucks. I never liked OOP (OO Programming)...I suck in Java. But I guess I have to learn to like OOP soon. Everything is OO these days.

Later in the afternoon I went out with my family. My dad drove us down to Balakong to scout for good housing area. But the roads and place there wasn't what I had in mind. None of us like the area, so dad drove us down to KL. I took my cam with me, I took pictures of all election promo along the way. We went to Petaling Street first.

---edit---

We went too look for rings at first. Mom says she wants to get a ring with a red stone for my brother. Fung Shui stuff, suppose to bring luck. But we couldn't find any nice onces. Most of them were like rings worn by emperors. Huge. We went to drink the 'air mata kuching' too. Yum yum. After that we walked over to Kota Raya cos my sis had to get her contacts lenses from the optometrist there. On the way there, I stumbled into many many stalls selling 'adidas' shoes. My mom (and being my mom, she knew the only reason I wanted to tag along to KL was to buy the shoes...hehehe) asked me if I wanted to get it there. So..of cos I said yes! I wanted to pay for my own shoes, but my mom handed the stall keeper (he was cute hehehe) money before me. Thank you mummy! After Kota Raya we walked to Pasar Seni. But no luck in finding the ring there too. On the way out me and my sis saw this.

---edit---

We went back to Petaling Street to have dinner. Dad took us to eat 'sang har wan tan' (fresh prawns wan tan). Yum Yum. Ate a whole lot of other snacks and side orders too. *ouff very full* On the way back to the car...I saw

---edit---

That sums it up for today. I really miss my brother now. Today was like a family thing. My dad, my mom, my sis and me. The only person MIA is my bro. Hais...

Thursday, March 11, 2004

I'll be having a new neighbor soon. The empty house behind my house was sold to a Chinese family. And for the past few days, people have been in the house refurbishing the whole place. Making a lot of noise. My room is located at the back, right next to the house behind, so I have to sleep some where else away from all the noise after 8.30am (that's when they start work). I pity my sister. She's having her exams now you see, and it's very difficult to concentrate will all the noise. I can't really focus on my coding too. Even with music in the background, the drilling and banging noise is still bothersome. I can even hear them even when I'm on headphones! I hope they finish fast...I really need the sleep man. I'm so tired these days.

Anyways, Sean came over to give me The Matrix Revolution DVD. THANK YOU!!! It's my belated birthday pressie. Sean you shouldn't have bought it for me la actually...you know what I mean right. But thank you yah, I really appreciate it. Muahaha now I can watch that part when they use the robot to kill of all the machine octopus part over and over again. GAYA!

I watched another movie again today. Boat Trip is hilarious! 2 straight men stuck on a gay cruise. LOL! I'm going to watch Matrix Revolution tomorrow. ...looking for the Thai kick boxing movie now. Anyone having the VCD/DVD?

Was at American Chilies in MV for dinner. Dinner was on Alvin, thank you man. Anyways got to met one of the guys from CHIP, Chak. Funny fellow hehehe. Got a few tips on hdd recovery from Alvin. Muahaha. But I still don't know how long a hdd will last if I screwed it upside down. Anyways I think I was really quiet throughout the whole dinner. Not shy la but ... don't know la. Alvin and Chak were like the Albert Einstein of technology and I was kind of blur.

Today's dinner kind of got me thinking about everything. What do I really expect after studying? Do I really want to be a 9 - 5 person? Am I good enough for the real deal? I've got to really pick up my confidence and learn the real stuff. I think I should get back into doing some freelancing work too. Add me to your contacts people.

I think me being happy is draining all my energy. I seem to be getting really tired after lunch for the past few (of my happy) days. *Yawnnn*

I went to college today for PFI lab session. All of were suppose to code a basic calculator in Java. I finished half of it already, so not planning to go for tomorrow's session. Waste petrol and time. I rather sleep in and finish coding the remaining at home. Me, Jin, Dave and Sean went for lunch after the lab session. We went to eat pork noodles in Taman Bahagia. Yum yum. Came home and watched Jonny English. I didn't really find the movie that funny. Maybe i was too tired. I don't know.

Anyways, I'm going to (re)add the geek section to this place. Back when I was hosting my blog on Geocities I had this geek page thingy. I kind of miss it. So..I'm going to spend sometime to fix a simple meBerGeek page real soon.

"I'm not feeling all right today. I'm not feeling that great. I'm not catching on fire today. Love has started to fade. I'm not going to smile today. I'm not gonna laugh. You're out living it up today. I've got dues to pay." ....I'm all opposite today. I feel great today! WEEE! Yep yep I'm making up for all the agony my PC gave me last week. Ya know, it really feels real good to be happy for no reason. *woot woot* I've been like this since yesterday. It's good ain't it? MUAHAHAHHAHAHA. Someone even thought "...fallen in luv isit?", well..I feel better than that...I think hehe. This is what I call happiness. No drugs, no therapy, no nothing. Just me, myself, my family and my friends, and my PC of course. Life is good. Ahhhh....

Ok, I better stop before you all think I'm crazy hehehe. It's the normal stuff in college today. Sony came and displayed some of their portable audio products. I didn't really check the stuff out tho. DBMS class was the usual stuff, the lecturer making his friends (refering to us) 'Masters in Bla Bla'. HAHAHA. No PFI class again today so me, Jin and Sean went to Pizza Italia in SS2 for lunch. Zhong joined us too. We ate and we chatted. We went home in a full stomach.

I tried messing with MySql a bit when I got back. But I don't know what went wrong. The username and password i created can't be used. Hais. But it worked yesterday! But don't care la. Not touching it already. Don't want to spoil my mood. Tomorrow lab session with Mr Karl. Have to be kiasu and chup the pc in lab 1. Whahaha.

I've actually noticed some HCI (HCI stands for human computer interaction; cara manusia berkomunikasi dengan komputer) issues on quite a number of bloggers’ page out there for quite some time now. I did a research paper on web usability and I think it would be good to share what I've learnt. Didn’t have time to really type stuff out until now. Tips on building a more ‘friendlier’ page.

#1 Choose fonts and colour combinations that are less stressful on the readers eyes. Some might not relised when designing their page but, colour and fonts may look readable when you are designing, but it's not ok for long readings. Note that colour may look different on different monitor screen due to the monitor settings and the type of monitor used.

Do not;
- use dark background with bright coloured text. Vice versa. It may look ok, but seriously, to read a whole paragraph, I think readers need sunglasses.
- use light background with light text. Same goes to dark colours. "no no, sky blue text don't go well with off white background" *tips; when dealing with sites like this, it's much readable when you highlight the text to read*

Do use;
- off white background (e.g barley). White background with black text can be readable, but it's less glaring when you use it with off white colour.
- large (but not to large) fonts. Fonts gets smaller when viewed in higher resolution screens.

#2 Loading time baby. Not everyone is using broadband la.

Do not;
- post up really large graphics. Takes forever to load.
- put too much content on one page. More stuff means longer loading time. Archive your stuff(s) and let users access them if they choose to.

Do;
- give options to let users choose this and that. (e.g Flash/HTML page, play and pause music on your site)
- try to use thumbnails or resizing large images.

#3 Watch out for your scripts. I've encountered really sucky scripts on various different sites before. One even hangs up my browser and forced me to close all my browser windows! I've also recently encountered some virus like scripts (scared the shits out of me).

Conclusion. Do la what you like, I'm just giving pointers. ...I think this pages have scripting errors too...so...ah well ;P.

Dancing in the moonlight. Everybody is feeling warm and bright, and its a such fine and natural sight. Everybody is dancing in the moonlight. ~~ weee I feel so happy today.

I had a really good night sleep yesterday night. When I woke up I felt good. Muahaha. I mopped the whole house and wash 2 toilets. Me is super house maid! Roar! ...Ok ok stop laughing already. I just felt like doing house work hehehe. Doing all that took up the whole morning man. I didn't even have time to eat a proper brunch before college.

Before DBMS class Crabman passed me this. LOL! The real sashimi is on the right.

Had no PFI classes today so me, Jin, Dave, Sean and Yong Ching went to Enda Parade to 'wack some machines'. But before that all of us went to grab something to eat cos it seems that everyone was hungry. We head down to Carrefour, the food section. I bought this beef macaroni salad thingy. YUMMY! Then I bought some mixed sushi also. Not really nice.

After that all of us were up in the arcades wacking machines. I played Time Crisis 2 with Jin again. Hehehe. A little improvement. Then I played that whacking ..ahem I mean blasting...aeroplane game again. I really sucked at it. Can't seem to 'sim' in time. I wish I had one of those machine in my room. Muahahah.

Yeah, just like Alvin said, my whole blog is about my damned PC. I'm getting real sick of it. So I'm not going to talk about it anymore. Don't ask me about it also. Me is too 'mang' to answer. I even got 'scars' fixing up the darn hdd. Many many cuts on my fingers.

Didn't really celebrate my sis's birthday today. My grandma is here so have to compromise a bit. Sis is also having her exams. So I guess the real birthday dinner will be later. We went to a new steamboat place just outside my place. The food was ok. I still like the steamboats at Sunway and Menjelara tho. After that my parents send my grandma to my uncles place then came back to watch F1 on TV.

After the race me and my dad went to drive around. Since both of us are curious about the new 'Penchala Link' we decided to drive there and see where the roads end up. No much cars at that moment. Syok. But dad stuck to the speed limit. ;P We found 2 ways to enter the Link to Hartamas. One using the LDP on the way to Kepong and the other way by T.T.D.I. The Link pass right through a hill, so there's a short section where we were in a tunnel. The view of the entrance of the tunnel was just spectacular! Too bad I didn't bring my cam along. The Link brought us to Bukit Kiara. My dad made a U-turn and we went back the same way. The entrance to the road to the Link was quite dangerous from Bukit Kiara heading to the Link. Reminds me of the roads in Damansara Heights. Those weird designed roads. Anyways, nice road when it's free. But the toll collection is going to start next week I think. So Rm2 to use that road. *cha ching* I think I'll stick to the SPRINT highway.

Dave and Jin came over to help me solve my PC problem. They just left. My PC still suck. Last try. I'm going to reformat the bloody harddisk and reinstall Windows. If i still get ****ing errors thats it.

AGAIN!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I had to reboot because I had updated my system. And this time the ntoskrnl.exe (NT OS Kernel?) is corrupted. I have to replace the file to boot Windows. I repaired Windows again...and then halfway through it auto restart so that the system can take effect...it hung there again!

You know what, I can't take this anymore. If this happens again I GIVE UP! Someone have to help me fix this before I smash my PC into smithereens. MY PC IS DAMNED!!!

My sis is 16 today. HAPPY SWEET SIXTEEN FEI!

Ok, i feel not so pissed off with my PC already.

When i woke up today i prayed hard that my pc is ok. But it turned out $#@!. My screen froze after displaying the motherboard picture. I can't access my BIOS configuration too. It just hangs there. Then finally when it does, the damn PC cant detect my harddisk. I went on and on messing with stuff until 45 minutes later I finally realised that I can access the BIOS but I had to wait for about 1 minute before the screen is displayed. OK fine, but how about my harddisk? At that point I was like "damn the new harddisk, don't tell me it is shit". I tried messing with the BUS connector and stuff. Finally it works!

I came online feeling really joyous but still frustrated at the same time. Then out of no where my PC hung. I rebooted and the same bloody problem. Dave thinks the motherboard or the BUS must be siow. I think so too, cos I unplug the BUS and replug it to the hdd, I'm able to boot up my pc again.

...no the story doesn't end there. My slave hdd was not detected, so I can't access my files in the old hdd. I give up for today. I'm not going to reboot and risk losing my hair over this. I'm planning to leave my PC on as long as possible too. No reboot (hopefully) means no frustrations. Oh yeah, my floopy disk drive is not working too. arghhhh. But thank god its just the floopy and not the dvdrom.

I wanna say something. So i'm going to say it. FUCKKKKKK MY PC IS BEING A BITCH!

ARGHHHH. I hate doing this. I reformated my hdd again this morning. Some files were corrupted and i think the formating done earlier wasn't clean. I hope everything is OK now, cos if i have to deal with errors again tomorrow i'm going cryyy. Both my hdd is running on NTFS file system now. I got everything cleaned up so hopefully nothing pops up.

The only problem now is my placement of my hdd. I don't want to put them together cos I'm afarid I'm going to overheat the hdd man. But my casing no space liua. How how? Can i screw the hdd upside down? LOL!

Haikk..problem solved. I can actually access my files on my old hdd.

My hdd disk jumper setting was auto-detect (by cables) at first. There was a plug an play error. I couldn't even boot up Windows. But when i changed it to Master and Slave, i was able to boot Windows. But i had a few errors while the OS was detecting the old hdd. My guess is that using the auto-detect, the driver had to be loaded first, so when there were errors, the OS cannot finish loading. I'm worried that the errors were not related to the file system. Might be a slight incompatability between the hdds.

Spent my whole day messing with the hdds. Installed stuff i needed except MS Office. My cd is not working. Haisss.

Old vs New. 40 vs 80. FAT32 vs NTFS. arghhhh. How am i going to transfer my files over to my new hdd now? If i reformat to NTFS my data will go bye bye. *criesss* Whyyy..tell me whyyyy

Oh my god, I think PHP is going to make me vomit blood. I just found out I can't do multiple inheritance on PHP. Nice...real nice. #@!$ And I think I might have to built my own Email server for my FYP too. I'm dead man.

Other than the above, today is/was fun! Weeee! I had a good morning. "No point being second best rite?" That made my morning. (..if you don't get it then nvm la, cos theres a long story behind it) I left for the MPPJ library after that to return my books. And for the first time I found parking in the buiding itself. Woo hoo. And no, I didn't scratch my dad's car while parking it. *Roar*

I went out with Jin today. It's been a really long time since both of us (as in only me and she) hung out. The initial plan was to eat japanese food in Menjalara then head to Sri Hartamas. But the japanese restaurant in Menjalara was closed today =( Since there were quite a number of japanese restaurant in Hartamas, we decided to eat there. When we got there, it was raining =(. I found an empty parking slot..side parking..lucky kancil infront not taking up too much space..leaving me with ample of space..no scratches. *Roar X 2* LOL!

We went to this place called Aoyama. Quite a nice place. But i still like the Menjalara restaurant cos it's so much cheaper! One 'shawa mushi' (donit know how to spell it but it's pronouce as ShaWaMuXi) in Aoyama is Rm7, over in Menjalara it's only Rm2. Then again Sri Hartamas ... more expensive place. But the food there was not bad. One thing I didn't like was they had this like minty taste kind of leaf on my sashimi.

After lunch we went shopping around the area. I didn't know there were actually quite a number of boutiques there. We didn't get to go into one tho. I think the owner went out for lunch. It was a handbag and accessories shop. The deco was nice. Anyways, i tried to hunt for a pair of 'my perfect jeans' but no avail. The closest to perfect was the wrong color. Hais. Jeans...i need a good pair of comfy jeans. I bought a bag tho. nyek nyek. I think I have too many bags now. Then again it's never too many!

Classes were so useless today. Well not really, but quite unproductive. We did Normalization again today. 1 and a half hour on one question is ridiculous i tell you. And then in PFI class Karl taught us the fundamentals of 'How to work with your software', more specifically, how to work with JavaForte. I think it's really a waste of time because he is going to cover that topic during the lab session anyway. Teaching us how to add 2 numbers and count the BLI was entertaining but irrelevant for PFI. But it was fun doing nothing for both classes today. LOL!

Me, Jin, Dave, Yong Ching and Sean went to Enda parade for McD's. We then went up to the arcade to 'whack the machines'. I miss Para Para! Anyways, me and Yong Ching played the game that required no thinking skills, 'blasting the enemies using aeroplanes game. Hehehe i don't know what that game is called but it’s those old classic arcade games. 20 cents per game. *woot* Then again I died one too many times and used up the whole dollar until i finally gave up. Hahahah I sucked at that game but it was really FUN! Then I played this cop game with Jin. (Don't know what Time in Crisis? Isit?) It's much easier not to get killed using the guns. I remembered it was quite difficult to play on Sean's dreamcast using the game controller. Anyways, I can't wait until the next time I hit the arcade. Para Para or no Para Para, archade here I come!

Zhong's grandmama pass away yesterday. I send my condolences to you Zhong.

There's something seriously wrong with my bro's PC. The processor, the fan or the software I don't know. Every time when I work on his PC I'll be forced to shut it down after 5 minutes it is booted cos the CPU is over heating (it says on the CPU monitor alarm). It's quite impossible actually. That PC is running on a Pentium and no overclocking done. Plus my bro had 2 extra fans installed in his server casing (lots and lots of ventilation). I don't know if it's a hardware problem cos I can't seem to open the damn CPU casing. The cover is just too tight. I think the CPU fan might be dead.

I have only about 500mb left on my C drive. How am I suppose to install Forte, Apache, MySql and PHP you tell me! ARGHHH I tried clearing all the temp files, my internet cookies and stuff like that, I uninstalled all my crap programs, deleted all my games and defragged my hard drive. And yet I still find no space in my drive C (21gig ok...I don't know what crap I have to fill 20.5 darn gig)! It's time to format my C drive.

Oh yah, I'm a MASTER at Normalization today. HAHAHAHA!
